the breakfast menu was very limited, the hallways were very dirty, they haven't vacuum at all in weeks, literally they were very dusty, and you can see the same cereal on the hallways carpet for the whole week

The bed was very old but it was still ok… after a while I didn’t notice it until I moved. There were roaches and the building smells like it is notoriously toxic to humans. That’s why I left

The room felt dingy. The cleanlinedd standard was confirmed when we saw (and killed) 2 bugs in the kitchen area. The heater didn't work. So staff gave us extra blankets. There wasn't enough hot water. The staff said they couldn't get a technician in for the water heater since it was the holidays. Worst stay ever. The only reason we begrudgingly stayed was because we were just too exhausted to pack up again.

This hotel was nasty. It was old and run down. The bathroom was not clean. My room was just a few yards from the interstate and was very loud, so much so that I could not sleep. The heat didn’t work in my room and it was very chilly. I left the hotel after one night, despite having an 3 night reservation, and went elsewhere.

My partner and I stayed here New Years Eve/ Day. At around 8am a lady worker unlocked our door & tried coming inside our room (thinking nobody was in the room). I stepped outside to see if it was room service & saw nothing. I’m only left to believe that they were trying to come inside the room to steal. I will not be staying here anymore.

TV don’t work Very cheap quality towels and Linen We got kitchenware for only one room out of two rooms for two families WiFi is not free, Listing says free WiFi and TV Breakfast is horrible, black coffee, protein bars, packed cold muffins and Quaker Oats. Not worth for the money they ask for.

The toilet in my room ran all day and night and would not flushhe properly. Since the maintenance crew was on vacation I had to move rooms. The new room smelled like molasses and the windows wouldn't open so cooking wasn't an option. The place is full of cockroaches.

The room was dirty, trash bag left in the sink, prime in the floor around toilet, dead bugs, hole in the wall and even after asking TWICE no one came to fix anything. Then the TV stopped working! Most of the staff were nice but being told they “didn’t have time” to come clean my room (and I was stuck for 4 days!!!) I gave up.
