Our stay at this location was born out of its convenience. We found the staff to be very accomodating especially because we were coming in late from our drive from out of town. Everything was explained to us which we found to actually be a convenience for us. I will definitely keep this chain in mind on our next trip.

The door to the room would not open properly the floors were dirty.

The staff didnt accept me due to ID and prepaid cc i tried to use

The room had a werid smell. There was dead roaches on the counter and the shower was very disgusting. Ended up leaving the hotel after checking in. They refused the give refund even for the second night. I understood charging me for the first night but the second night was not necessary. The staff was polite and nice i suppose

Front desk staff member Jessica/Jazmin showed a complete lack of initiative and professionalism. Before arriving, I confirmed that my U.S. Certificate of Citizenship would be accepted as ID since I’m already in the system as a loyal customer. Did not want to provide refund when I no longer wanted to stay the entry night . Did not allow me to stay the extra night either even when I paid for it !
