Cockroaches in the room then when I showered there was still hair from the previous renter also the A/C would not work full time it would work for a good 30min then give out it was nice & cooler in the hallways than my room. The price is nice but you get what you pay for

Air conditioning didn’t work, keys never worked properly, roaches found in room

The kitchen light broke in the middle of the night and they did nothing about it. It shattered in the middle of the floor

The front desk staff was very polite and professional. The furniture and room interior was very worn in and dated. It will do in a pinch if you need a place to sleep for a night but I likely wont stay here again for a staycation. For me the energy felt very heavy. The towels were also very rough, the comforter was like a sheet and tge water pressure wasnt great at all.

Check-in was a mess—we arrived well after the posted time and still waited over two hours for a room. Staff kept giving conflicting updates and even joked about us leaving. The GM was rude and unprofessional. When we finally got in, the room wasn’t clean and lacked basic amenities—no soap, shampoo, and no kitchen supplies (although we were given a steak knife, a cooking pot, and 4 plates, no silverware). I’ve stayed at many extended stay hotels, and this was by far the worst. Not worth the stress.
