Corridors are smelly dirty carpet. Bed pictures in website and actual beds are very small. Website says breakfast available expected full breakfast but it was lame fig bars dull coffee and cheap muffins

Ants in room
Very disappointed. We arrived an hour after check-in time and the guy at reception told us that our room may not be ready and if it wasn't, we would have to come back later!? While we were waiting to see if they had a room available, we noticed that the trash in the lobby was overflowing out of the can. Not great We have stayed in ESA’s before as they are dog friendly and have a kitchen. Room was clean enough but the outside floors, elevator ect. Were absolutely filthy. Grounds and trash amoung other less disarable tenants in and around the building. Police were present on 3 out of our 7 night stay😢

The manager was terrible at customer service. Dog feces all around the entrance areas. Other staff members were very pleasant.

We booked for the weekend and we didn’t enjoy the breakfast it was only small baagof blueberry muffins and coffee. This stay was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I requested a downstairs room because I have a service dog and we needed to be close to outside because of my medical condition. There were none available, so we were put on the third floor at the end of the hall. We went to the elevator, and it was full. It appeared people were moving in.
