Expedia allowed me to book here, but I arrived & there were no rooms available!!!😡

The ac did not cool the room

close to the venue ...limited supplies or none at all for the to go breakfast

I was really shocked in how rude the front desk was, then having our room locked, hotel staff tried to enter even knowing that I said I will be right there, this happened 2 times out of the 3 nights we stayed, No cleaning service available, you have to take your own dirty towels and exchange them s

What i didnt appreciate is the staff walking in on you in your room. Was here for 3 nulights and 2 of the three. I had to run and hide cause they just walked in

There was a disturbance in the room next to us (cops were called) that lasted till the next day. We asked front desk if we can switch room the night of and rudely said no rooms available. I checked Expedia and a room was available. Breakfast was not breakfast (coffee and bags of oatmeal).
