Staff was not helpful on my unique staying situation. I had to call Expedia line to make proper arrangement.

Worst hotel experience ever! They need a completely new staff!!! (After 3 previous nights of staying at the location) I was informed that the current chime card I was using as per hotel rules to keep a card on file. I try to extend my stay at the hotel for a 4th day and the manager informed me that my chime card is no good for a hold and that the staff should of informed me of this information. Glass and dog poop everywhere. Not safe for pets.
Staff is untrained. Management is very lacking. People sleeping on the job.
Staff is unfamiliar with accepted payments.
