The customer service was impeccable and the General Manager was extremely accommodating nevertheless. Her Front Desk Representative Angie are given (ten) being super patient. It makes guests like me during my trip less stressful & fulfilling. What was l opposed to? The carpetted floors in the resting area needed vacuuming daily and nominal fee should be excluded. It should be a given, to keep the room maintained from tracking dirt and rubble (underneath our shoes) from the outside. Thank You.

Dirty sheets The room was overall nice however bed sheets were obviously dirty and housekeeping came change them. And floor was dirty and desk chair was also. The housekeeping didn’t care to clean those things while coming to change sheets. Very disappointing.

The room next to mine flooded, and I had to blockade my door with towels. When I did this, a centipede ran out of a towel (as if being flooded wasn't enough). I was then promised a credit for one of my days due to the flooding and having to move to a different room (not to mention the centipede). They then proceeded to bill me for all three days, and I had to spend the next three days attempting to contact the hotel manager to find out why I was billed for three days when they had promised me I would only be charged for two.... read more
It was a little noisy. The door sounded like it was opening when the next room over opened their door.
