Tv had no remote in the room . I asked the front desk for a remote they said they would bring to my room shortly and it never happened I didn’t bother asking for a second time.

Everyone pat yourself on the back💯👍 Well all I have to say is that I Love it here and my stay here so far has been amazing! No complaints! I just wanted to recognize a few people whom have stuck out to me the most & have been the nicest to me is: Laurana, Isia, April, Josh & Muhammad. All of them are awesome & very hard workers but very good at there customer service skills! The only thing that really disappointed me was the dirty room. Especially with covid, it has not been cleaned at all, pizza box under the bed, kids hand prints all over the mirrors, hairs all over the toilet. Definitely felt like a mini covid hotspot! I guess that’s what I get for traveling right now, the homeless guy outside yelling about meth for 3 days, hanging out at the dog relief area. Typical for California but not exactly cool if you’re traveling alone or with children late at night.
