EZ check in, clean quiet room. No counter an/or bathroom plastic cups to be found.

California Trip Pretty nice hotel not far from food options and stores in Glendale. Good distance from LA, but close enough to enjoy the day there. Would stay here again.
An excellent experience My Girlfriend and I get a room at extended stay locations about once a month. The Burbank location has gone so down hill, We were considering using a different chain. Then this location popped up on my radar. I was surprised on how great the service and the location was. The front desk was so friendly and helpful. Dissappiointed! Overcharged-Under delivered! Queen room I booked wasn’t available at check-in so was upgraded to king room. Room was Not clean as it should’ve been.No dish/cookware or silverware as stated under amenities. No sign or mention that it could be provided only upon request. Front desk did provide 1pan, 2 dishes, 2 forks 1 knife and 2mugs later in a dish rack & a spic’nspan bottle so I could clean room myself which I did. No rags, no paper towels, dish soap no sponge cups cutting board bowls ice bucket etc.- wasn’t... read more
