Could have been better Glendale is amazing. The hotel staff was very friendly. The property was clean and parking good. The second day..I asked for clean towels. They never came. The sink had a malfunctioning stopper and it did not drain properly. The toilet ran constantly. I reported this and it never was addressed. The air conditioner banged and was very loud. I had to turn the TV up loud to hear it.

It was nice for a 1 night stay. Can’t expect the room to be a 4-5 star hotel room. The staffs were awesome, and the parking was good.

Overall satisfactory but with cigarette butts in the elevator, coffee stains on the counter in our room and hair in the bathroom, I wasn't pleased with the cleanliness. It was advertised to have breakfast but this wasn't so. Luckily, it wasn't needed.
