The location is very nice. Close to a lot of stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. Staff were great the moment we checked in. They were very professional. The only problem was cleanliness and it definitely needs improvement. Not sure if the bed sheets and pillow covers were changed because we found some tiny hairs kind of like someone just had a haircut and lie down on them. We called the front desk and they changed the sheets with no problem. The counter spaces needs a lot more wiping. We had to wipe the desk, the kitc... read more

Had to pay $10/night for parking. It's a rip-off since they have their own parking lot. It's just a way to re-coup the money they lose on Expedia prices. There are so many people and hotels in LA it's ridiculous that things aren't more affordable, instead everything is more expensive! There was no maid service while I was there. Otherwise the hotel is fine, not super clean, which is probably a reflection of the clientele, but the room was clean and quiet.

Stay was fine. Room was clean but cabinet doors are in need of an update. Everything was functionable though. It was nice to have a refrigerator with a freezer.

Location, Staff Awsome and helpful! For the Price we all expected a better and assortment of breakfast accomadation to the guests! Very disappointing!
