Everything great, specially the staff. We had a couple of issues but they solved immediately. We will comeback! Easy parking, 5 minutes from LAX.
I stayed here during a birthday vacation and had a generally pleasant experience. The property was clean, and the room itself was comfortable. The staff I interacted with were especially kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which made the stay more enjoyable. There are a few areas that could use improvement. Having basic cleaning tools like a broom or mop available in the room would be helpful for short-term guests, especially for small messes. AC was great, but there was a bed, and people yelling and screaming throughout the night. The floor was not properly cleaned, and the fridge hardly kept things cold.
