moldy room visible water on floor. moved to another room only slightly better.

They over charged me and then had the nerve to try to convince me that they did me a “favor” (the representative’s actual term). Unfortunately, I had a meeting so I didn’t stay to further discuss and so I paid the whole of the charge.

I request a king size bed gave me 2 full size kitchen utensils incomplete just totally unhappy and to top it off had a freak accident from the room flooded with water at the entrance sprain ankle and on crutches and a boot on my foot
No room available i arrived on time but they don't have what I reserve
