Ok. Simple Hotel was ok, nothing special about it. I booked a "non-smoking" and it smell like cigarettes. When I asked for a new room, they said there were none available and the rooms have been recently converted to non-smoking. She gave me a bottle of frebreeze. It did not work. Luckily we were only staying one night.

Clean & close to the USMLE STEP 2 CS test center The hotel needs some repairs in the kitchen sink & fridge. It was leaking sometimes during my stay. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable and the service was good. The free continental breakfast should be better. There were a few options only. The wifi could be better & faster too. Make these corrections and I will give you 5 stars.

Close to LAX airport Used for business trip. You cannot argue with the reasonable price.

Nearest hotel to airport The hotel was nearlest to LA airport. Location is best for early flight.

air conditioner did not work . the staff would not move my work . I was there in the heat for two days with a non operational air conditioner. There was rust thorughout the bathroom
