Covid changed everything lots of transient living at the hotel nasty odors throughout the hallways wreaked of cigarette smell never again I used to use Extended Stays but covid it changed everything

Clean and the bed is very soft. Also excellent customer service and love breakfast there.

Stay was okay but... The hotel was okay except that the elevator was out of order and everyone above the 1st floor had to walk up 2 or 3 flights of stairs to get to their rooms. Only 1 elevator? It was NOT handicapped friendly.

It was very clean. No dirt anywhere bedding and towels very clean. Needs higher watt lights everywhere. Rooms and Hallways. Needs overall interior facelift. Very nice and attentive employees. We would stay there again. Ok for sleeping. Not a vacation spot.
Very clean, peaceful and people that work there are very friendly and helpful. Also love breakfast there.

Customer service was great my only complaint is the strong cigarette odor in the hallways.
