Average Budget Hotel As a budget hotel, it's just OK. Room had one plastic cup and a single tiny shampoo and soap bar. You need to ask for everything else - utensils, plastic bags, ice buckets, sheets for sofa bed, etc. We were on 3rd floor, fronting the freeway; only way to block out noise was to use noisy air conditioner. Continental breakfast was limited to Costco-muffins, oatmeal packets (no milk provided) and regular coffee - no decaf; no juice, no other cereal. No coffee in room. Staff was rude and SLOW. Staff was SLOW and would not acknowledge customers no matter how long they were standing in front of the counter. Upon checkout there was no one at the front desk for 45 minutes which caused me to be late to the airport and miss my flight. The kitchen utensils and appliances are to cheap

Hotel next to the Metro Rail Reserved a non-smoking room - was provided with a room that obviously guests smoke in.

it was ok for one night bed was like a rock but it did have a large fridge, and a cook top, small tv, and it could use a table to eat at

You have to request kitchen items for the room. There were a couple of ants in the room and the tv was not clear at all.
