Rude Night Crew and Hot Non Working AC Room I arrived and the young lady who checked me in was great. Loved her attitude and had an amazing smile. Nowwwww after checking in the room was great. Clean bed was comfy. But as I turned on the AC. It turned on but no cold air was coming out. I headed to dinner and informed the front desk. NOS event Stayed here for a NOS San Bernardo event, room was close to freeways, easy to find. Easy check in. Location is around business area, very quite. Enjoyed it, I have stayed at this hotel in other cities, when i found it available for my event i booked it despite the 30" minute drive to my event location. Well worth the extra little miles. Nice hotel close to Ontario Airport and large Mall Large comfortable room. Staff rather friendly and helpful! Couple of smaller restaurants close by within walking distance. Need car to drive to supermarket!

Quiet place Quiet, comfortable and just what we were looking for. The elevator, hallway and rooms could use a little update mostly for cosmetic appeal. The beds are comfortable but a fluffier comforter and pillows could make a big difference. Great stay..will book again.

It was a great stay the concierge service was disappointing. She was being rude and put room had not utensils in it I had to go back down and get them. I do feel every room should be ready to use and fully up to date.
