Extended Stay Ontario The room was very clean and comfortable. Good location. However hotel was pretty booked with what was very noisy guests. Loud talking, laughing in rooms and at the pool area and making out in the parking lot. This was the unpleasant part. Then we were awaken by the most horrible fire alarm (Literally left our ears ringing) because someone burned their meal. And had to wait for fire department to arrive to shut it off. Good deal for the money Customer service was great! Coffee in the morning was hot and plenty of it. Don't plan on a big breakfast; only granola bars and muffins, which was fine for me. Pool needed cleaning so I did not use- bummer Inside of hotel property needs updating

Convenient Place to Stay for a Great Value We stayed here while waiting for closing on our home. It was convenient with shopping, restaurants, and places to walk the dogs. For the most part, it was quiet. A little more attention could be paid to the rooms especially if you are staying for an extended period of time.

Not what I expected Room smelled of smoke, there was trash all around the hotel. I don't think I'll ever stay at another property. Glad I didn't have my children this time
