Everything was great from the awesome check in personnel to the clean property to the cozy, clean room. Everything went sour when I was harassed about the late check out time promised by the night shift person. The person knocking on my door said that check out was now. I called the front desk only to be argued with and be told, “There is no late check out to one pm.” Basically, I was being called a liar. It was great, low water pressure in the shower, very low, kinda weird. But it was still a great stay!
The only thing that was such a shame is that the hallways smelled so strongly of pot smoke - to the point that we could smell it in the room. We had to grab towels from the bathroom to stuff under the door in hopes of stopping the skunky stench. Sadly, for this reason, as much as we loved this hotel, we would never return or recommend it to anyone. It is really criminal what we now have to deal with these days. Some always seem to ruin it for the rest.
