Quiet area, friendly and safe surroundings. Parking was easy! When I lost my ID, they were more than helpful.

There was no coffee in the entire building. There was only 3 prepackaged muffins, as this was all that was offered for breakfast.

Location was good. View from the third floor was good. The room was comfortable. I didn't like finding a note when I returned from an outing that said someone had been in the room "to fix the clogged drain in the bathroom sink." The drain was not clogged when I left and I felt my privacy had been invaded by their unnecessary presence.
