Non-flushing toilet hurt this rating The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Check-in and Check-out processes were very easy and fast. Unfortunately, we had a room where the toilet was not flushing well. We were told that the maintenance guy had worked on it before we arrived and everything was working fine. I don't think they tested it very well because you could tell that after the first flush, things were not working much at all. It was just okay. Outside needs a good clean up trees need a good pruning.
