the rooms are clean, there is a kitchen, but there are no utensils (you need to get them at reception) soap and shampoo (you need to get them at reception) and the breakfast is horrible. the other things were ok.

Easy access (walkable) to shopping malls
Hotel didn’t want to take my alternative payment so I almost didn’t have a place to stay. Had to plead with her that we travelled over 5 hours to get here. Some parts of the hotel were really worn and rundown, especially the elevator. Lots of people complaining that they had a reservation and it wasn’t showing in system, hotel keys didn’t work and room was dirty. Overall, at least we had a place To stay but not sure I will ever come back here

The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the water temperature was barely warm.
