Love the property and the staff. I feel that the pricing doesn't match what they state by the longer you stay the less you pay. The weekly coupons are also misleading. I've yet to receive the full % off. Still my first choice when I need a place to stay. Thank you.

check in was good, however the bed was really hard I couldn't sleep the bed new to be change out ruff night for me

It was a cheap stay, however, the extended stay that’s 15 min away was definitely a better overall place compared to here. There was a daunting smell of cigarettes that stuck in the hallways and in the room.

Check in service An older African American lady checked me in and was very professional and most amazing worker there has ever met since any of my stay at the extended stay. Excellent service, gave me all the information needed for my stay that I didn’t even know about in the past while staying at the extended stay before. She definitely needs a raise or a promotion!

Property was in a decent area , but the room left a lot to be desired. Both shower and bed had hairs in them. WiFi kept disconnecting as well . hotel reeked of weed even though it was a “smoke free property” . Janice was very nice and greeted me warmly upon my arrival . Overall having experienced this hotel i would only book again because the price is extremely affordable .
