Good location, quiet area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the closet mirror door had a crack at the base and also the bathroom sink drain was very slow.

Less than perfect! I have stayed at this location several times before and I never had a problem HOWEVER, on Saturday night (04/27) when I checked in, the room that I had booked and paid for was not available. Instead they gave me another room and even charged me an additional fee! The lady who checked me in was professional but NOT friendly. Nice location Great location. Smelled like pot throughout the hallways. You have to request everything for the kitchen as it is totally bare. Simple request for 2 forks went ignored after requested at the desk and they were going to deliver them to the room. Never happened. Requested again the next day and edited 10 minutes for them to track some down. Did finally get the forks. Used shampoo container left on bathroom sink.
Love it ,everything was neat and accessible lots of restaurants to choose from.

Janice was very polite and helpful when checking in. Room was dirty, sheets were terribly stained, animal fur was all over, the bed was uncomfortable and the grab n go breakfast was simply coffee with grouds and a granola bar.
