Disappointed Unfortunately there was a roach in my room and there was a homeless person who came in the lobby after hours

The hotel hallway and elevator were very hot and no anmeities in room not even a coffeemaker for being a stay at home place

all was good , except our room the carpet was torned.

Staff was attentative and polite. Room was clean, plenty of towels. Hotel had a nice clean smell in lobby to hallways. Nice mattress, plenty of pillows, REALLY CLEAN BEDDING.
