Hotel was ok-clerks were nice. Room was ok. Instructions in room said” call front desk to check out electronically leave keys in room and you will be emailed your portfolio “. Which I did, but haven’t received email!

Not As Expected But Is Pet Friendly The things that we didn't know prior to booking (should have read the reviews) - NO Blow Dryer you have to request one. Late Check In mean after 1am you can't check in even if you pay for the room in-advance. We were lucky our late check in was 12:15 am (due to traveling). Also we requested a room on the 1st floor which we called 2X to let them know we were coming in late and wanted 1st floor both times we were told yes that would not be a problem. PROBLEM!
