Homestead Studio Suites on Alliant Ave, Lou, Ky This Hotel was very clean the staff was so nice and very helpfull they even helped me find a lower rate for the room i had booked on line right there in the hotel lobby and upgraded me to a very nice room because the room i was getting was not available, I would recommend this hotel to any one very nice and clean the bed was very firm if you like firm matresses this will be the hotel for you very nice .

great value We checked in late. We did not need the kitchen amenities but the room was priced right.

Kentucky Derby We stayed here for Derby week this year and it is an easy 15 minute drive to Churchill Downs. The room was very clean and even included a kitchen. The location is right in the middle of a bunch of other hotels and fast food so we felt very safe staying here.

memories We throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful, the suite was a pleasure to stay as it was well equipped with all the items necessary to make our stay comfortable. Super clean inside and very clean throughout the building. I am going to make every effort to stay at the various locations of this hotel throughout the US this coming year. In fact I have just booked a 1 week stay in Winston Salem. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family.

Great area, but roaches in the room Everything was fantastic, until we saw the roaches on the counter tops & floor.

Good hotel for the money No frills but for what we paid, I felt the accommodations were very good. Hotel was clean and everything was in working order.

Always a great stay My family traveling from out of town have yet to be dissapointed with their stay here. I always book them rooms at the same hotel as they really enjoy not only the room and what it has to offer, but also the surrounding establishments. We will continue to utilize your hotel for our family.
