OK hotel for the price, but a little disappointed. Hotel lacked a few of the standard amenities, like an ice machine! Also, though these rooms have a kitchenette, any silverware, plates, cups, coffee maker, etc come at an extra charge. The rooms are NOT cleaned on a daily basis, and the laundry will only be replaced if you ask. You don't automatically get fresh towels daily, you need to take your trash down the hall and empty it. Good Location This hotel was in a great location for our overnight stay on our way to the Carolina's. The hotel is obviously cheaply build and the one bedroom suite was odd in comparison to other hotels with that type of room. The pocket door in the bathroom was tough to pull. We also had a very loud vent fan in our room that blew chilly air and we couldn't turn it off! The grab and go breakfast is just some granola bars, apples, oranges, oatmeal and muffins. The hotel is ok- not anything special

At least they take pets and it's a cheap rate. Nothing Special, bare bones, wanted a different location but they were out of pet rooms. This place does take pets and it's cheap, but no breakfast, and nothing in the rooms.

My stay was excellent! Great stay for the price. Very convient to food, malls and the high way was close by to get to where I needed quickly. First time at Extended stay, I didnt know it had full kitchen, should have brought some pans and dishes to make my own home made food. Stay was great!

Nice place Reserved three rooms for family event all non smoking bu the hotel put guest into smoking rooms and we had to move them out the hotel to more expensive stay. Hotel said that they do not get the request for "no Smoking" rooms for Hotels.com. This is the first time I had this said to me int he seven years using Hotels.com - we always got a Non Smoking Room. The hotel was trying to put the blame elsewhere. Breakfast was said they had coffee and tea and water no juice

Just a few thoughts The room is in major need of a refresh. Carpet soiled toilet top cracked. Tile worn The staff was superior. Polite on top of everything. Very helpful

over paid for stay Not our first choice to stay , everything else in area was booked. Stayed 3 days and no daily room service , was told at the desk it only happens once every 7 days. Room was ok but bed was only a full size and not well for 2 adults. No coffee pot in room but the TV was nice. Also the complimentary breakfast was very weak, had to pass on it and pickup something on our way out every morning. All in all it served it's purpose but feel we over paid for the quality. Not bad. No issues. Older place. Rooms a little tired. Stairway carpet very stained. Room was acceptable clean.
