Basic hotel, rooms are pretty worn Dirt, worn , lacking the posted amenities, cheap hotel but could be maintained better. Towels and sheets had large strands of hair, mold in bathrooms. Definitely would not be staying at that location ever again.

A place to sleep In town for week and just needed a place to sleep. Cost was right. No bells and whistles.

I am used to most Extended Stays being an actually Hotel style Building. This one Being more of a Motel Style I was a little worried pulling in, since most Motels tend to be ran down. I was surprised to find a very clean room and comfortable bed. It was nice being able to back my car up close to my door of my room. Thank you for my enjoyable stay. The only thing I would suggest is more of a selection or food to select from for the rooms instead of just a vending machine with candy bars. Michael

Nice and close to all the highways easy on and off Not bad for a quick one overnighter. No bed bugs, nice with the kitchen area.

Nice Derby Hotel, Good Location Stayed here during Kentucky Derby; location is nice as there are several restaurants and some retail within walking distance including Ruth's Chris, McDonald's, Texas Roadhouse, Panera, and Red Lobster. Rooms are serviceable, beds were comfortable enough, and the bathroom was about what you'd expect. Kitchenette was probably not suitable for use but for the most part this room is fine for stays like ours.
