Visiting Daughter in Louisville. Close to all my trips.... swimming, her college, daughter's apt. Rate was within budget. Full kitchen was a plus to save on dinner costs.

The staff was incredibly nice, but the room itself was pretty run down (drawers were broken, lights flickering, ect.).

Customer Service At Its Best Meeting Staff, at arrival was impressive. The deliverance of 'We are delighted you chose this location' throughout the check-in process. Meeting the Assistant General Manager, Josh Diaz was impressive as well. Doing what great managers' do; 'the leg work', assisting, inventorying, creative suggesting, meeting guests. Great Job! Rating increase is in order.

毎日の清掃 確かに毎日の清掃とは書いてなかったのですが 3泊しても一度もルームクリーニングタオル交換等は無かった別料金のようでした タオルはフロントにて交換はしてもらえました
Extended Stay l Staff needs to be clear on directions ie I264 not I64. I went 30 miles out of the way due to their directions.
