Just ok The towels had stains and this hotel is in need of a serious renovation. And more pillows. Looked like my room had not been cleaned in sometime

No hair dryer Late check in was slow After providing all check in information ON LINE when making reservation, I what to give it all again when checking in! Not just verify it, but res person had to input it ALL! Spelling phonetically. Very time consuming at 1AM. Very annoying

This is a smoke free hotel and someone kept smoking and it kept coming through the vent in my bathroom. Im sensitive to smoke inhalation and ended up with mild congestion and headaches. I complained twice but was told they were unaware of the vent layout and which room was connected to my bathroom vent.They said they will only be able to tell after the smoker checks out of the hotel which room it was by the smell of the smoke. Meets our needs We have stayed here in the past. It's quiet, convenient, clean, friendly staff. We understand the garg-and-go breakfast and are ok with it. This Extended Stay meets our needs. Macado's is good for dining; a short walk.
