the staff was very courteous and helpful, my only gripe was with the hidden charges I incurred. I asked for a rollway bed for my son when I booked, I wasn't informed there was a charge for it, nor have I ever paid a late check out fee anywhere I've stayed before. I feel things like this should be pointed out prior to ones travel.

We liked the location and that it had a kitchen. The bathroom vent was very dirty and linens were in need of replacing, but appeared clean.

We always enjoy staying at Lynchburg’s Extended Stay America facility because the rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly, and you can’t beat the location with Liberty University right across the street.

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean but the ac seemed to quit in the middle of the night.
