Staff at checkin were friendly. Had to go to front desk to get a hairdryer. The bed was comfortable.

Had to change rooms due to a terrible odor in original room.

Conveniently located for purpose of trip. However, lack of amenities and hot breakfast was very disappointing. Front Desk staff seem disappointed to be at work. Coming from someone with 5+ years in hospitality and sales, that was a major turnoff from the get-go.
