Good Value. Clean, Pet friendly. Pleasant staff. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a smell from either the previous guest or a nearby room of spicy (curry) cooked food. But we don't think this was typical of the hotel. We brought our dog along with her bed. She is well behaved, house broken, and doesn't get on furniture. There is a large pet area to walk dogs complete with poop pick up bags and a nearby trash can. This area was very clean. There was no waste left there from irresponsible pet owners. Very pleased The staff was very friendly. The location was nice, close to shopping mall and restaurants. Full kitchen in room. Would definitely stay there again. However, didn't get a chance to utilize breakfast, maybe next time.
No one available for check in. Not good customer service. Had to call a 1800 number to check in after hours. Website says breakfast. There was only a grand and gi. Not a real breakfast at all. Very disappointed . Will not stay here againHad to call a 1

I arrived at the hotel and nobody was at the front desk to check me in. I had to call for someone to come out and help me. And I never saw anyone else at the front desk all 10 days that I stayed. The staff was always annoyed whenever someone needed them for something. The room smelt like marijuana half of the time and the staff blamed it on other people cooking in the hotel. The room was dirty, outdated, sub par, and does not look like the photos online when I booked. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

Sir you walked past staff numerous times as you were in an out of the hotel. Not seeing staff for your 10 days of stay is total false. In fact we saw you each time you came and went.
Breakfast was late said 6-930 we went down at 620 and nothing then at 9 when we came back from doctor had to beg for coffee. Unfriendly

I had reservations and upon arrival, decided to go elsewhere, due to the rude, disrespectful, irritated demeanor of the front desk clerk. I did tell her that I would not stay if it was free due to her attitude. She was unfriendly, impatient, seemed even irritated that that I had approached the front desk.
