Hostess had a terrible attitude, acting like it's a chore to have to take care of you. Room had dead crickets on floors and sheets had cricket legs on them,will not return

David were sorry that there were issues with your stay. As we recall everything went great according to your wife. At check in you were asked to wait until all parties were present for check in. The housekeeper was sent back to your room by management because there was said to be pizza sauce on the sheets but that wasn't the case. You were even told have a good night at work and be safe. Were unsure where the disconnect happened even enjoyed talking to your wife this morning
Inexpensive hotel just across from Liberty U. Good value but nothing special. A bit noisy at night (street noise).

Last visit Shower dripping for hrs after use. Beds hard as a rock. Electric outlet behind tv un safe. Floor not swept in corners and under bed no ice machine in building. Only one way in and out the building unless emergency. Front desk attendant is not people friendly hearing people above room moving around.

Elizabeth were sorry for issues you had with your room. Our hotel is set up per corporate policies to have rear and side doors as emergency exits. Front entrance for all time use shouldn't be an issue for guest. At check in there seem to be issues where providing secondary ID and not being able to have the room 100 as you requested because the room is our of service, not being able to use the side doors was also an issue.
Checkin was rude, shampoo bottle in the room was used, room walls were blotchy with holes in them, front desk said there is no maid service, to "bring your stuff to the front desk" . Room was not clean, guests are treated like a burden at best, or like criminals. We were interrogated on "why are you here" our 2 adults and 1 minor child were required to have our IDs photographed. Location is great but everything else is bottom of the barrel kinda terrible.

IDs are required from all adults at check in and anyone under the age of 18 only names are required. This is also hotel policy. 1 night was 1 too many The room smelled musty & like weed. There were blunt wrappers in the dresser drawer and crumbs/ room surfaces did not look clean. We arrived late and didn’t have time to find another option so stayed the night, but kids were coughing/ sick the next day from breathing the air all night.
