1 night was 1 too many The room smelled musty & like weed. There were blunt wrappers in the dresser drawer and crumbs/ room surfaces did not look clean. We arrived late and didn’t have time to find another option so stayed the night, but kids were coughing/ sick the next day from breathing the air all night. We were supposed to stay a 2nd night, but requested to cancel and the front desk staff wasn’t very customer service friendly but agreed. Very basic hotel. Limited amenities with small rooms. Service wasn't great.

Never going back I’m not sure where to begin. Hotel is very dated. The room smelled of stale weed and cigarettes. The kitchenette looked like it was from the 80’s. Never ever will I stay again. Check-in was also like something from the 80’s. There was a huge monitor flashing recording! It was just a mess overall.

Wayne we are sorry that your stay was terrible. We do acknowledge at check in there was a mistake with your room. Your were check into s single room instead of a double, that mistake was quickly fixed again we do apologize. The other issue at had is at check in you registered a pet by signing the pet acknowledgement. On that acknowledgement line #2 states Domestic cats and dogs are the only pets allowed. Room door didn’t lock. They sent maintenance and tried to keep me in that room that couldn’t safely secure the door. Finally after he tried they gave me another room

Unfortunately this is not correct information. Guest checked in 5 mins later guest reported that the room door lock wasn't working. Maintenance went up to check it out. Came back down said he would need to work on it. Guest was moved to new room immediately after. Records will show the time frame of the move.Guest even stayed 1hr past check out which was compt.
