Mostly as expected 5/6 of the staff we interacted with were really great! The room initially had no dishwater or cooking items in the kitchen, but we were given those. It was a little more sparsely stocked than other extended stays I have been in, and the appliances were getting a little old. The breakfast is mostly just some granola bars and muffins, but as many extended stays offer no breakfast, this was not an inconvenience. good location. room was dirty upon arrival. hair around the toilet and on the shower walls. the refrigerator had a dirty exterior. no paper towels for the kitchen. hallways were noisy at times. no soap to wash the dishes. room was never cleaned and towels were never exchanged.

Nice place to visit. Just a two day stay but found the room to be clean and comfortable and the staff to be super friendly. We knew that this was one in which we could prepare our own meals but a complimentary breakfast would have been a nice bonus. The TV reception was not the greatest.

It close to city amenities. The orher extended stay can make it confusing for out of towners.

Offered good price for staying over in Madison on a very busy weekend. Television didn't work in our room; unfortunately, two different groups of guests staying at the hotel were very loud between 12:30 am and 3:30 am. It was frustrating.
