Walked in to no one behind the counter with no way to ring a bell or anything. Waited around until a lady came up and didn't even smile or apologize for the wait.

The staff has been incredibly helpful, and I have never felt so comfortable and at home in a hotel.

Room was clean and fairly large. Had a kitchenette and two desks. Bathroom was clean and modern. Only complaint was the television offerings. Many of the channels were analog and the picture was cut off at the top and bottom of the screen.

Good location if you are staying in Middleton. However, the hotel hallways reeked of marijuana smoke and were very dirty.
