Needs Improvement When I first arrived for my two-night stay, I was given a room with shabby, outdated furniture that smelled strongly of urine. I had no problem getting another room, and the front-desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My second room was better, more modern decor, but it smelled so strongly of air-freshener that I had a headache for the next two days.

Great Value I was in town for several days and was glad to get a fully-equipped suite for a decent price. The room had everything I needed and I was able to make most of my meals there, which was my goal as it allowed me to eat good food on my schedule. There was also a Panera next door if we wanted coffee or snacks. It was also good to have easy access to the highway as we were able to get to downtown Madison in less than 20 minutes.

Fast and friendly service. The check-in was fast and friendly; room was comfortable and quiet. We brought our dog and they were very accommodating.

Nice, inexpensive stay My wife and I stayed one night at the beginning of our trip, and decided to stay 2 nights on our return. For this price range, we liked it a lot. Clean room, spacious, microwave/cooktop/full size refrigerator, dishes, bowls, silverware for 2 people. Wireless internet was very good. even worked well with Linux. Pleasant, helpful night clerk. Day staff good too.

could not beat the price Only disadvantage was it was listed as being 4 miles from UW Campus. It was 8.2 to the edge of campus. Close to restraunts and shopping.

Clean efficiency appartment style room. Check in was efficient and helpful. When the first room I was assigned had the smell of smoke, I was quickly switched to another non-smoking room. The rooms are large and well cared for. The construction is solid so noise from other rooms wasn't a problem. The room had a small kitchenette with full sized refrigerator. There was no pool or fitness center but guests can use the one just next door at a sister property. Overall it was a great room for the price.

Great Customer Service We needed a back up place to stay during some home remodeling. The staff was attentive, kind and very helpful. Would recommend it.

Worlds worst internet. Worst Internet connection I have ever had to deal with and tech support was the pits. If I ever go there again it will be to soon.
