Worlds worst internet. Worst Internet connection I have ever had to deal with and tech support was the pits. If I ever go there again it will be to soon.

Nice, inexpensive stay My wife and I stayed one night at the beginning of our trip, and decided to stay 2 nights on our return. For this price range, we liked it a lot. Clean room, spacious, microwave/cooktop/full size refrigerator, dishes, bowls, silverware for 2 people. Wireless internet was very good. even worked well with Linux. Pleasant, helpful night clerk. Day staff good too.

could not beat the price Only disadvantage was it was listed as being 4 miles from UW Campus. It was 8.2 to the edge of campus. Close to restraunts and shopping.

Clean efficiency appartment style room. Check in was efficient and helpful. When the first room I was assigned had the smell of smoke, I was quickly switched to another non-smoking room. The rooms are large and well cared for. The construction is solid so noise from other rooms wasn't a problem. The room had a small kitchenette with full sized refrigerator. There was no pool or fitness center but guests can use the one just next door at a sister property. Overall it was a great room for the price.

Great Customer Service We needed a back up place to stay during some home remodeling. The staff was attentive, kind and very helpful. Would recommend it.

Interesting??!?!?! This was the first time we had ever stayed at an ESA. I will have to say that the hotel exceeded my expectations for the price we paid for the rooom. I was a little skeptical going in, but was pleasantly suprised at the huge room, and kitchen area. I WAS disappointed at the bathroom cleaniness......the toilet and shower area needed a good scrubbing.....but it wasn't bad enough not to want to shower or use the toilet.

Sound Hotel, Good Location. Being in the food trade, the appliances are a handy option, especially with a full size refrigerator/freezer. Along with the option to cook , there are enough eatery's in the area. In Vino Wine Bar has a great Sunday Happy Hour. Panera Bread is next door to that, all within a short walk from the hotel. Easy access to the freeway as well. Will need to drive for scenery, but overall a nice hotel for the $ paid through hotels.com

would stay again We were in town for bike night....was very convinient to restaurant. The staff was nice and helpful. We had no ready ice in room so they gave us ice from employee lounge. There wasa stain on carpet in room...but room was otherwise clean.If staying for a longer period of time, would need to get a few more basics for in room cooking. We will look into ESA's for future travel. Good experience.
