Good stay. Check-in smooth. Room good. Room clean. Nice to have refrigerator, stove, dishes, etc.

Good for Madison- Still a ways from Stadium Hotel was fine. The bathroom was a little bit on the lower end for hotels. However, everything was fine...just a plain hotel.

Clean hotel, lazy service The hotel was very clean, but the policies were confusing. I stayed 5 nights, and should not have had my room cleaned per the policy spelled out several places in the room. However, it was cleaned anyway. This is not a complaint, just confusing. While cookware is provided, I recommend bringing your own. The only real complaint that I have about the place is that one of the desk staff was completely inattentive. I had to wait several minutes at the desk while she was busy texting.

Great value, nice breakfast, clean. We went with this place because of price, and it turned out to be an exceptional value. We were very pleased with the room, the staff, the food and the housekeeping. We will stay here again.

Clean but even the basics are bare. The entrance was not clearly marked and is hard to find. The building is tucked back in a maze of businesses and not right on the (address) road. The room was clean. The size was adequate. Ameniities (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) available upon request. Only 2 small bars of soap actually in the room. The kitchenette had dishes for two people for one meal only. No extra glasses/cups in the bathroom. Ironing board and iron in the room but no hair dryer. Decent place to stay My first time at an Extended Stay hotel. Pros: Nice room, including the kitchen. Cons: Small TV, not much to do within walking distance (no pool or exercise room). It's just off Hwy 12/14, but you need to look for the sign behind the gas station. Because it's next to the highway, there's some road noise (at least on one side of the hotel).
