Had issues with the handicap doors working as I was trying to get the luggage dolly in and out of the building since one door only opens automatically. Also, the elevators were extremely slow.

Frequent Business Traveler I was skeptical about staying here based on so many negative reviews, but this is my third stay and so far the experience has been positive. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet throughout my stay. I did hear the rumbling noise from the laundry or whatever that others mentioned in their reviews, but that did not bother me. It was okay. Not many amenities and breakfast was terrible and severely lacking.

The property was close to the Met Life venue, which was great for the commute. The room was kinda outdated. Don't expect much good sleep on the bed as they it was the most uncomfortable stiff bed I've ever tried to sleep on. There were two of us and the bed only came with 3 very unsupportive flat pillows. I asked the front desk personnel if I could get at least 1 more, which they declined. Target store was only 10 min away, so I went and bought a better pillow.
