Hallways, elevators were smelly, noisy, unsafe due to Pets. Our special needs kids were scared of Pets and there was a noisy door next to our room. Our room was not changed inspite of us requesting. Also, nobody came for cleaning the next day. Trash was not cleaned. No utensils were there in the kitchen in the room.

hope no more staying plan The location is a little complicate to get there. The room was dark and can not say that it was clean and comfortable.

Service was great. Location was great. The room was outdated, smelled funky, and the bedding was not the best, paper thin. Overall it wasn’t bad, but will look somewhere else if going to that area again.

The property was great...but I specifically was looking for a hotel near Laguardia Airport...Expedia recommended this property as an airport adjacent hotel. It absolutely was not...it cost me $151.00 to get to the hotel from the airport!!!
I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about the cleanliness of the rooms or anywhere else in the hotel itself and the housekeeping and maintenance staff are really nice people but the amenities leave a who lot to be desired, not to mention that the folks at the front desk seriously need to take a lengthy refresher course in order to become better reacquainted with the basic prerequisites of the hospitality industry as well as how to offer some good old-fashioned customer service to the people who are guests aka paying c... read more
