The stay was nice, but didn't like the fact that the Rooms are cleaned based on your extended stay. We were there for (4) nights / no room service. What I have learned is to book Regular Hotel Stay from here on Out.. Fyi total payed $325.00...

Good experience! We rented the delux studio for a long weekend and the room was perfect. We had guests stop by for a visit and the room offered a nice living room area to entertain in and the kitchenette was very handy. It was the perfect size space! Room was clean and the building was well maintained - we would definitely stay again!
Clean, friendly, and convenient My partner and I enjoyed our stay at this Extended Stay America - Melbourne - Airport. The location was convient to the airport (though far enough to avoid airplane noise) and there were restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was very attentive and answered all are requests in a positive manner. We would stay there again.
GREAT DEAL well worth the money - nice and clean, was everything I had hoped for. Great kitchen! No issues at all! Would stay here again.
Good but ... Very large room, exceptionally nice staff but the hotel is a bit worn and tired. All in all, still a very good deal.
Convenient, just watch your car I have used this hotel before and probably will again, but just park in a different place. I generally park on the side of the hotel (any hotel) when I can that is nearest my window. Last week I was there for most of the week and did this, but in the back of the hotel for those days were a group of people, for lack of better word, tailgating.
