Surpisingly nice and Pet Friendly. I was surprised how clean and nice my room was. The hallways smelled a bit of cigarette smoke, but my room was clean smelling. A kitchenette in a hotel room is an unusual, but a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is very pet friendly, so if you don't like animals, this might not be the best place for you. Large comfortable room in good, safe location From the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff to the spaciousness and layout of the room, the Extended Stay Deluxe--Melbourne Airport provided a wonderful stay. Our room had a queen size bed and a full kitchen as well as a sitting area. The location was safe and convenient--right next to the Mall and near restaurants. Needed a place close to friends and relatives. Extended Stay fit the bill. Rates were reasonable and the hotel was clean. Several eating spots close by.

I would book at this hotel again and would recommend it to others. The cleanliness was top notch as was the staff. It was nice to have the full kitchen and the location was perfect for me. Close to my family, many fine restaurants and the Melbourne Mall. And the convenience of being so close to the airport was great. I had no need to be by the beach since the purpose of my trip was personal family business. But it was an easy trip to the beach from this hotel since it is just off Rt. 192 - a direct shot to the shore.

Adequate for the price Through Expedia, we got a great rate on this room for a two week period. The room itself was adequate - the kitchen served its purpose (mainly the refrigerator). The toaster was gross, so we never used that. The coffee maker was puny (4-cups) - too small to be of any use. We bought a 12-cup coffee maker for use during our two week stay. The "continental" breakfast was absurd - served only on weekdays for a very short window, and the coffee was awful. Only cheap muffins and bagels served (the fruit was ... read more
