it did it's job The "longer term" hotel did not have any daily cleaning services. You could purchase daily cleaning. If you did need more towels, you could get them from the front desk. The staff disappeared at 11 PM (and I arrived at 11:20 PM). But they did have a system set up for late arrivals. I wish I had known that before arriving to the hotel (this travel agent knew my flight arrived after 10:30, so I assumed the hotel had that information as well.) Overall, it did "it's job".
