Very convenient, needs some work The hotel was very convenient to what I was in town for. Restaurants and a mall nearby as well. The people there were very helpful. I'm sure it was just my room, but the headboard looked as if it had been used as a defensive weapon in a slasher movie. Other than that...clean, convenient...served the purpose.

Nice Hotel, Great value for the money Spent 2 weeks at this location. The room was very nice, with a kitchen that had the basics stocked (pot/pan, dishes, silverware). Next to a large shopping mall and across the street from an excellent sports bar (Duffy's). Very inexpensive (approx. $50/night less than the local Courtyard). Wireless internet is included with the room rate now as well. Exercise equipment was clean and in good condition. Affordable and basic This hotel answered my needs for a short-term stay nearby neighboring town of Indialantic. The room was clean and the services basic. I would return. Staff were helpful. Only problem was my key card kept losing its information and I had to have it recalibrated several times during my three-day stay. I've never encountered that situation before. Staff claimed it was due to exposure to credit cards but that has never happened before. Still, I would return again.

Clean hotel helpful staff We upgraded and were pleasantly suprised at the quality and size of the room for the price.

Marylander Best hotel there is for it's daily rate. Overall: very clean, wonderful staff and has a very low price. Little concern though is that people inside the neighboring rooms can be heard. Nonetheless, everything was way beyond par.

nice but room was a bit worn the hotel was nice considering the low price. the room was a bit worn: the carpet was fraying, the leather (probably pleather) headboard and chairs were cracking and peeling. the location is great, right next to the mall and a duffy's is across the street. front desk was nice, expedient and offered complimentary toiletries upon check-in. the "breakfast bar" was a tiny table, I didn't bother to go to it but it looked like it was probably a small spread of bagel, bread, pastries - nothing hot.
