The elevators were not working. The most convienent entry door was out of order. Was told that a room on tge first floor would be found but then told none was available. When I asked the room be cleaned, I was told that my stay was no long enough to warrant room veing cleaned. When I filed a complaint about the amount of walking to reach room I was told that management felt if I did not like the room I should have moved to another hotel.

I ordered a two bed in the room they gave me a one bed in the room.They didn't accommodate anything for giving my room away

We were traveling and got to the property late. My room was reserved and paid for. I was not aware of any policy for late arrivals but when we got there, the door to the lobby was locked and there was no one at the front desk. We tried calling but got no answer. We called the reservation desk and they called and got no answer. We waited 30 min and no one came. Needless to say we had to find another hotel by then it was well after midnight! Terrible experience even trying to get a refund!

Only 1 wash cloth in the room and the first day i checked in, the front desk worker was trying to get in my room, when i yelled through the door "can i help you" he said never mind and walked away..why didn’t he knock instead of keep inserting a key and turning the door handle?

I will never stay in one of these hotels again! 🚿❌ The shower barely worked, and the hotel staff walked in on me in my room without knocking! 😡 #WORSTSTAYEVER #NeverAgain

Loud, noisy, old furnishings, horrible odor in the room . I got sick from the stale cream in my coffee from the pitiful coffee bar!

Never again Room wasn't clean. Cigarettes, hygiene wrappers, and food in the drawers. Crumbs all over. Remote covered in food (maybe). Bathroom sink wouldn't empty, plunger broken so stopper couldn't be lifted. Obviously sink wasn't cleaned, you would have noticed. Mechanism was completely gone. Told front desk of issues, "Ok, thank you". I'm in rooms 2-3 months, worst I've been in maybe ever. Especially for $115/night. $70/80 I'd expect it. No bugs!!
