Mary at the front desk was very rude. Booked on Expedia when i got there was told that they couldnt find my reservation. Then was told that to call to get a refund and when they called to confirm was told that had to wait till the manager got in and the audit was done.

Not happy Room is not clean very dirty needs repairs NO ice machine will never stay there again

No tissues in the room. The continental breakfast was a granola bar or a miffin. Toilet didnt flush, so had to switch rooms at 11pm, after they tried to keep me in the same room. Coffee machine was taken away after a certain time, vending machine was out of order. My room also only had one hanger and one bed only had one pillow.

The kitchen made it easy for my weeks stay. However, this time around, I stayed one night and my girlfriend and I both left with fleas. We were not impressed what-so-ever! Between the 2 house hold we have 10 animals (luckily none of them came with us). What was supposed to be a relaxing easy trip, has turned into a headache in itself!
