Long loud and dirty The room was dirty. We were right next to the exit at the end of the hall and all night long the door was opening and slamming shut. We could hear every vehicle that drive by all night in the interstate next to the hotel. The fronts of the furniture were all peeling off. The bed was very uncomfortable. Did'nt like anything about it. Sheets had stains. Location, last building in the clump of hotels, did'nt feel safe.
I didn't like anything i wasn't able to check into my room till 10pm.I will never visit this property again
the staff were nice but the fire alarm went off 6 times in 2 days. had to evacuate. the only thing that makes the room different from a standard hotel room is a full-size fridge, a 2-burner stovetop and a sink. If you want a coffeemaker, dishes, utensils, or anything else, you have to request it. not a big deal, but inconvenient. the "breakfast" was Otis spunkmyer small muffins and granola bars. worst of all, no real cream or milk for my coffee, only coffeemate (yuk!)
1 of my daughters got bed bug bites. It wasn't 'til the 2nd day I was moved. Property needs to do a better job inspecting rooms prior to issuig them to customers. The staff was very friendly.

The lady i checked in w lied to me said they were taking a hold of 200 on my card amd when i checked out the lady said they dont do that. The room was dirty we had to clean the table and counters and fridge. The elevator sounded like it was gonna break. The silverware and things were filthy had to rewash eberything Never again will I stay there again. Id like to possibly get about half of the money back
