Slip and fall I had a slip and fall because of the staff not caring for the grounds. It took me 3X going to the front desk to pay for the hotel.

Hotel stay It started off not so good because I was given a key to a room already occupied. I opened the door to a couple and the gentleman was very upset. He could have thought his woman was cheating and I was the “other” man or even had a weapon. It was very uncomfortable to be in that situation.

Good hotel but needs better staff in-service The room was dirty the staff was slow the carpet was stained the fridge had A smelly odor needs to better clean the room
