The staff was not friendly. The hotel was just ok. The location was perfect. The front office person that checked us in was not friendly at all. She might need a class or two on customer service. The person that checked us out was very nice. Need to improve water pressure. I would stay again if it's just for one night.
It was pleasant enough, nothing fancy. I didn't like the horde of smokers outside the front doors-everything wafts right up into your room.
Very bad odors Staff were friendly, facilities were in good condition. Sheets had stains and the whole room smelled really bad. Also the grab and go breakfast was poor but had good coffee.
Acceptable The overall experience of the hotel is pleasing. The hotel staff could be more professional. For the budget it is good. The configuration of the rooms is what I like allowing me to make my own food as a healthy alternative to restaurants over and over.
