Merrillville Ext'd Stay Was pleased with room and hotel. It is very convenient to shopping and entertainment.

Good rest stop Stayed one night while on a cross country excursion from New York to Minnesota - this was the last overnight stop on our trip. The hotel was fairly easy to find, seemed clean and fairly well kept up. I think the rate was a bit high but the area in general was on the high side.

Close to restaurants , shopping First night wasnt good fire alarm went off four times waking us up each time otherwise stay was nice had kitchen but nothing in to use maid service was extra so we did our own

Peace and Quiet - Great place to work!! This was a quiet few days without parents screaming at their children, children running up and down the hall, loud hall conversations after 10:00 p.m. etc. While I love children, it's their parents who are the problem. This hotel has 3 floors and even though it was full, you heard no one! Take away the pool, and a hotel becomes a nice environment to go to work from and after a long day an easy place to relax in the evening. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful! Reasonable option, reasonable price The room was no-frills, a little dated, but adequate. Might want to bring a pillow, the three provided were pretty flat. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Room had a good sized desk and a full sized frige. The surrounding area has good shopping and dining options.

Business in Merrillville Staff was friendly and helpful. Took me a minute to realize that you need to request kitchen equipment. But when I asked, it was delivered promptly. Appreciated the kitchenette as it allowed me to eat there most days. Quiet enough to work in peace. Comfortable bed and nice selection of pillows.

Great value The check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nothing special, but it was very clean and nice. I thought the hotel was quiet and I slept well there. The hotel rate was the best I could find anywhere around Merrillville and thought it was a great value.
